I just want to reach out to those lovely ladies (or men) that want boudoir or pin up shoots but aren't ready for it yet. If you are nervous or uncomfortable about it that's ok. I want to make you feel better about yourself and I want to make you feel comfortable in your body with me in the room. If you need, I will go shopping with you to find your outfits; or I will meet up with you before, anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable when it comes time for the shoot. These shoots are meant to be fun! They are for you because you want them and it doesn't matter your body type or if you are single or married. They are fun for you to enjoy and to boost your confidence and allow yourself to glow. I hope this may have helped you all.

The definition of boudoir photography, according to a general view: "Typically shot in a photographer's studio or luxury hotel suites, it has become fashionable to create a set of sensual or sexually suggestive images of women (and occasionally men and couples) in "boudoir style". The most common manifestation of contemporary boudoir photography is to take variations of candid and posed photographs of the subject partly clothed or in lingerie. Nudity is more often implied than explicit. Commercially the genre is often (though not exclusively) derived from a market for brides to surprise their future husbands by gifting the images on or before their wedding day. Other motivations or inspiration for boudoir photography shoots include anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, weight loss regimes, maternity, other form of body change or alteration (such as breast augmentation or reduction) and for servicemen and women overseas." Boudoir photography is meant to be "suggestive" or to "tease" the viewer. This type of photography is "classy" not "dirty" or something you would find in a porno. If the subjects are nude there is still no showing of the nipples on the breast, any genitals of either gender, etc. They are "teasing" shots, not a "show it all" or, to be blunt, "screw me" type of thing. Please take note of this.

If this still leaves you confused here is a blog on the differences between pinup, boudoir, and porn: http://www.digitalweddingforum.com/blog/is-it-boudoir-or-is-it-porn
